Drew Hudgins, Director of Marketing and Creative and team captain of Hudge Creative, is a multi-disciplined artist with a passion for producing meaningful and effective projects and campaigns. Drew, with a deep history in education, has come from a position of a band director, then a college instructor, and now, an entrepreneur. His philosophy is that education is an integral part of communication through marketing. Drew was a finalist in the international Photoshop Evangelist Contest – a challenge where his teaching skills were demonstrated in a 2-minute video. A trained percussionist, Drew plays several instruments, and has composed original music for many of Hudge Media’s projects. Since 2007, Drew has created video projects that continue to air on KET (Kentucky Educational Television) and his production and post-production work can be seen across the state of Kentucky and even the nation. His original compositions can be heard on the multi-award-winning documentary, Welcome to Macintosh (as seen on CNBC and available on Amazon, iTunes and Netflix). One of Drew’s favorite components of leading Hudge Creative (formerly known as Hudge Media) is building relationships with people, helping them and their organizations build and achieve goals. Drew finds it easy to build enthusiasm about all the many projects that come onto Hudge Creative’s plate; each one is unique and provides an open canvas – a truly enjoyable challenge.

Assessment of individual client needs often necessitates additional consultations with other experts.
Hudge Creative regularly reaches outside its Creative Network to draw from the expertise of other individuals, including photographers, marketing entrepreneur, a SEO pioneer, a curriculum developer, and even a couple of legal experts in media licensing and copyright law. Collaboration with these individuals results in an effective, and sometimes unconventional, approach to creating the best-possible product for Hudge Creative clients.
